Despite Turkey’s strong objection, the U.S. is providing security assistance to Kurdish forces. The US continues its balancing act between Kurds and Turks and will eventually use both entities against Iran.
What can we expect in the weeks and months ahead? More division. What has happened in Syria will eventually happen in Turkey.
As Trump announces his desire to take Greenland, Canada, and Mexico, he also expressed that he wants NATO members to increase their contribution to NATO to 5%. He intends to save the steel industry, no doubt for weapon production. Regarding Ukraine, he claims he wants the conflict to end and plans to impose more sanctions on BRICS.
This is what preparation for a wider war looks like. Despite declaring, “Syria is not our war” and his desire to withdraw from the country, this statement cannot be taken seriously. The US is building two more strategically crucial military bases in Kobani and Al-Tanf.
And to Syria. There have been no complaints from the international community about Israel’s illegal annexation in Syria. With an image makeover, Ahmed al-Sharaa is a product of CIA’s “Timber Sycamore” – installed to complete the balkanization of Syria.
Zio jihadist Jolani declared that there would be no election for four years, which makes this warlord nothing but a brutal dictator. Neither he nor his cabinet have been legitimized by the Syrian people through an electoral process. However, immediate curriculum changes, firing of female judges, mandatory wearing of the hijab (even in Christian neighbourhoods), and banning of alcohol – all demonstrate the new government’s adoption of Sharia law, in what is an ethnically and religiously diverse country.
In just a few weeks, jails in Syria are full. Torture and killings are commonplace. Thousands of videos show sectarian massacres and brutal killings – the antithesis to the West’s version of a free, democratic, moderate Syria. On the 25th January, the body of Syrian professor and writer, Rasha Nasser Al-Ali was found with her fingers cut off. HTS’s message: “Writing is forbidden for women”.
Western media, academia, institutions, state bodies, and the fake left are complicit in their support for this Zionist appointed brutal regime. The readiness of counter-revolutionaries to believe Western propaganda without critical thinking shows their true identity. They are allies with Western Zionist colonial interests, falsely against profit, a mere tool for creating confusion and division amongst Palestinian solidarity groups.
