Cubans residing in Ireland have contacted the Consular Office of the Cuban Embassy to express their solidarity in the face of the serious damage suffered in the western region of Cuba as a result of the passage of the intense hurricane “Ian.”
Likewise, they have expressed their willingness to help Cuba in every way possible from Ireland, a country from which it is very difficult to send material aid to the country because of the absence of available channels for this purpose.
However, upon such request the embassy makes available to interested parties details of the bank accounts available for sending monetary donations:
Holder of the accounts authorised before the emergency due to damages caused by Hurricane “Ian”: Ministry of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment, with legal address in Infanta No. 16, Square of the Revolution, Havana.
